Excellent base for 4 nights. It's 20 mins walk to the centre. Booked table at Beef Bar, it's their onsite restaurant. Breakfast here costs 23 EUR per person: )

The staff of benkirai went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Hotel had a pool. Having easy access to Gendarmerie Nationale and being in front of baie des canebiers...
